575 Lexington

2000

H3 worked with Silverstein properties to redesign the entrance lobby of 575 Lexington Avenue. H3 transformed the outdated exterior entrance, main lobby space, two elevator lobbies, and seventeen elevator cabs to contrast the existing dark glass tower with contemporary materials and modern technology.

The new glass storefront entrance is flanked by two new glowing “lanterns” along Lexington Avenue. New aluminum column surrounds, glossy white ceilings, wood laminate with 3form panels, and light stone floors create a bright, soothing, and timeless palette. A new concierge desk with metal mesh front includes new digital security and communications systems. The back of house areas are furnished with darker finishes to differentiate public from private. Metal mesh over wood laminate distinguishes the elevator lobbies from the main entrance space.
